In February 2024 some email providers made it more difficult for users to receive emails from Ecommerce websites such as ours. As a result, you may have issues receiving emails from us if you use Yahoo, Rogers or Shaw, as a provider. We recommend creating a new account under Gmail or Icloud to make sure you are receiving our emails.

You can register through our online account form. We require ID to prove you are over 19 and intend using our products for therapeutic purposes.

Membership is free.

* Please also include your Order ID in the notes. If your payment is coming from a name other than the one on your account, please email [email protected] to let us know. This will ensure there are no unnecessary delays.

Your order will not be processed or shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

We ship everything via Canada Post Xpresspost. The parcel is normal and discreet. The labelling does not indicate the contents in any way. We have sent out many hundreds of orders with no problems. Canada Post has been experiencing slowdowns but they still get everyone’s parcel delivered safely.

We do not ship anything outside of Canada. If you will be visiting Canada we can ship to your Canadian address. We can accept your membership from outside of Canada, but we will only ship to Canadian addresses.

We ship via Canada Post out of the Metro Vancouver area. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after payments are received and then 5-7 business days for shipping.

We keep the details of our operation pretty tight to the chest, as I’m sure you can imagine given the type of product we are selling. As a result, we don’t provide a proper return address on our shipments, so be extra diligent in confirming you’ve provided a safe and correct (no typos) shipping address. Any displaced packages will be your responsibility and we will not replace or re-ship orders after they have left our possession. 

We require members to be over 19 years old. We do accept members under the age of 19 with parental involvement and consent. Please contact us for more information.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final, but if you have an issue with your product please reach out to us at [email protected]

So long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we can make changes to your order no problem.  Please email us at [email protected] and provide the details of your changes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
